How to Cancel Your Subscription Using the Bully Max Mobile App

You can cancel your Bully Max subscription from the mobile app or from a desktop browser. Either method takes just a few mones.

Option 1: Cancel from the Mobile App

1. Open the Bully Max app. If you haven’t installed it yet, download it from the App Store or Google Play at shop.bullymax.com/pages/app.

2. Tap the Account icon, then tap Subscriptions.

3. Select the subscription you’d like to cancel.

4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

5. Select a cancellation reason from the list (this information helps us improve but won’t stop or delay your cancellation), then tap Confirm.

You’ll see a confirmation on screen and receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don’t, contact our support team at [email protected] so we can confirm it went through.

How to Cancel from a Desktop Device:

1. Log in to your subscription dashboard at shop.bullymax.com/tools/recurring/login. If you’re having trouble logging in or don’t remember your password, request access at shop.bullymax.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access.

2. Find the subscription you want to cancel, then click Manage this subscription.

3. Scroll down and click on Cancel subscription.
