You’ll need an active Bully Max subscription and the latest version of the app, installed from the App Store or Google Play. Log in with the same email you used at checkout.
What You Can Update
- Ship date — choose the exact date your next order goes out.
- Order frequency — how often your subscription ships (e.g., every 30, 45, or 60 days).
- Quantity — how many units of a product ship each time.
Swap products — replace an item in your subscription with a different product, without canceling.
Add one-time products — include an item in your next order only, without adding it to your recurring subscription.
Add additional subscription products — add a new product to every future order in your recurring plan.
Skip a shipment — skip just the next order without pausing or canceling the whole subscription.
Pause or reactivate—put your subscription on hold, or turn it back on when you’re ready.
