Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping is available on all orders over $100.00. This offer applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders, as long as the total cart value exceeds $100.00.

Note: If you are on a monthly subscription and your order does not meet the $100.00 minimum to qualify for free shipping, you can easily reach the threshold by adding treats or toppers to your order. Check out our selection here: Bully Max Dog Treats.

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Friday via UPS and USPS. Please note the following:

• Order Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM EST are typically processed the same day.
• UPS and USPS Pickup: Both UPS and USPS pick up packages from our facility Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the carrier's delivery schedule.
