Shipping within the USA takes 2-5 business days.
For an accurate estimate, here's how you can track your order:
1.) Click the chat icon from the bottom right-hand corner of the current screen you are viewing. When this window appears, click "Track and manage my orders".
2.) When you click the "Track and manage my orders" link from the chat window, you'll have the option to enter your email address or SMS (if you entered a phone number during checkout):
3.) Enter your email address or phone number (SMS), verify the code, and your tracking information will be displayed.

You can sign up for either email alerts or SMS (text) alerts on the order confirmation page.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders ship daily except Sundays. USPS picks up orders daily at 12:00 PM. UPS picks up orders daily at 2:00 PM.
Where is my order shipping from?
Your order will be shipped from Pittsburgh, PA 15101.
When will my tracking number updated?
Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to display results (estimated delivery date, current location, etc.).
How long until my package will arrive?
Orders can take anywhere from 2-5 days to arrive. To get an exact date, please check your tracking number.
